HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS WORK ?
- Once your order is processed, we thoroughly inspect your products to ensure they’re in perfect condition. After passing our final quality check, your items are carefully packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. They’ll then bring your package to you as quickly as possible.
- If there’s any difficulty reaching your address at a suitable time, our delivery partner will contact you to resolve the issue.
- For Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders over Rs 3000, our Customer Service team will contact you to confirm your order before we prepare it for shipping.
MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. NOW HOW CAN I TRACK IT ?
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
- You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
